Pertinent Information & Agreement
You are about to submit your Area Exam application. A copy of your transcript is required before application is processed. You may submit transcript to the Department of Education & Psychology via hard copy or fax to 601-877-6211. Please check with the Department to make sure that we received your application and transcript. We ask that if you would like to turn your transcript in via hard copy (delivered personally), please submit no later than three days of application submission online. You may contact us at 601-877-6200. The way to inform you on if you passed or failed the exam will be by letter through the mail. Results should be in within three to four weeks. Before submitting this request form, please review the information above to make sure it is correct.
